A real question. Right now.
Six questions from the bank, each with the article of law behind the answer.
You are approaching a pedestrian crossing. A child is waiting on the pavement. What do you do?
A question only counts if every correct answer is ticked and no wrong one is. No partial credit — exactly like the real exam.
The readiness score
One number: are you ready?
It does not count how many questions you have answered. It estimates the error points you would pick up if the exam were now, theme by theme.
16.7
Expected error points
15.0
Pass limit
Each theme counts in proportion to how much of the exam it makes up. A solid but rarely tested theme matters less than a shaky one that eight questions will land on.

Questions
What people ask us
Are these the official exam questions?
No, and that is deliberate. The official catalogue is protected. Our questions are written from current federal law — RTA, TRO, SSO, OAC — and cover the same syllabus in the same format. Each question names the article it comes from, which no catalogue does.
What is the exact exam format?
50 questions in 45 minutes, three options per question with at least one right and at least one wrong. A fully correct question scores 3 points, otherwise 0 — there is no partial credit. You need 135 points out of 150, meaning at most 15 error points.
How reliable is the readiness score?
It is an estimate, not a promise. It works out the error points you would pick up now, weighting each theme by how much of the exam it really makes up. The 'ready' threshold sits at 75 %, above the actual pass mark, to keep a margin.
What happens after the three months?
Nothing. The pass ends, it does not renew and there is nothing to cancel. If you need more time, you buy another one.
Does it cover motorcycles?
Yes. The basic theory exam is one single exam: the asa draws it from a single competency catalogue covering categories A, A1 and B. Our questions therefore serve motorcycle and car candidates alike. What differs comes after the theory — motorcycles add twelve hours of practical basic training. The resources set out every category and the tests each one takes.
Can I revise in more than one language?
The site detects your language automatically and switches to German, French, Italian or English. You can change at any time, including mid-revision.
