The contract between you and the site, in plain words. There is no hidden clause: the most important point is that no exam result is promised.

  1. 01

    Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern the use of theorium.ch, a service for preparing for the Swiss driving theory exam. Using the site means accepting them.

  2. 02

    The service

The site gives access to a bank of questions written from federal law, to revision sessions, to mock exams in the official format, and to a readiness score. A free plan opens part of it; a paid package opens all of it.

The questions are not those of the official catalogue, and the site is not connected to any authority. The readiness score is an estimate calculated from your answers; it does not predetermine the actual result.

  3. 03

    Personal use

Access is personal. Sharing a paid access, systematically extracting the content, scraping it automatically, and reusing it in a competing service are all excluded.

  4. 04

    Price, payment and term

Prices are shown in Swiss francs on the pricing page. The main package gives three months of access for a single payment; a short seven-day option also exists. Payment is by card or TWINT.

There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. At the end of the term, paid access simply stops: nothing is charged, and there is nothing to cancel.

A refund is available for fourteen days with no justification, as set out on the refunds page.

  5. 05

    Availability and changes

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The content evolves: questions are added, corrected or withdrawn as the law changes. These terms may be amended; the applicable version is the one published on this page, with its revision date at the top.

  6. 06

    Liability and applicable law

No exam result is guaranteed, and the site cannot be held liable for a failure. Where information on the site differs from the law in force, the law in force prevails.

Swiss law applies, and the place of jurisdiction is the one given in the legal notice, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdictions.
