The principle is simple: as little data as possible, never sold, and the essential part never even leaves your browser.

    In short

    No personal data is sold, rented or passed on for advertising. There is no cross-site tracking, no sale to a data broker, and no profiling for any purpose other than your revision itself.

    Processing is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. The controller is the publisher named in the legal notice.

    What stays in your browser

    As long as you have no account, your progress does not leave your device. It is stored in the browser's local storage under the key theorium_progress, along with your display preference (theorium_theme) and your language (theorium_locale). None of it is sent to a server.

    That cuts both ways: clearing your browsing data clears your progress, and you can do it yourself at any time from the revision area, without writing to us.

    Payment-related data

    If you buy a package, an email address and a transaction reference are kept, in order to grant access, issue a receipt and handle any refund. The legal basis is performance of the contract.

    No card data passes through or is stored on our servers: payment is handled by [ À COMPLÉTER ], acting as a processor under its own security standards.

    Audience measurement

    Traffic is measured without cookies and without a persistent identifier, using [ À COMPLÉTER ]. The resulting statistics are aggregated — page views, referrer, device type — and cannot be traced back to a person.

    Hosting and transfers

    The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, États-Unis. Depending on where the host is based, technical data such as your IP address may be processed outside Switzerland. Where that is the case, the transfer relies on appropriate contractual safeguards.

    Retention

    Payment data is kept for as long as Swiss accounting obligations require. Account data is deleted on request, subject to those same obligations. Local data lives and dies in your browser.

  7. 07

    Your rights

    You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to a processing operation. A request to [ À COMPLÉTER ] is enough; it is handled free of charge and within a reasonable time.

    If the answer does not satisfy you, you may turn to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
