What the sign says

Green sign: from here 120 km/h maximum, a design speed of at least 80 km/h, no U-turns, no reversing, no stopping except in an emergency.

The exam trap

Motorways are barred to learner drivers under 18 and to any vehicle unable by design to reach 80 km/h.
