Cyclists
Warning signsSign no. 1.32OSR art. 11
What the sign says
Cyclists join or cross the carriageway. They are slow, narrow and pushed about by the wind: pass wide, never close.
The exam trap
A cyclist going straight on keeps priority over a driver turning right across their path: the commonest town mistake.

The signs are the official depictions by the Federal Roads Office, from the annexes of the Signalling Ordinance (SR 741.21): official works, unprotected under Art. 5 of the Copyright Act. The explanations, by contrast, are written from federal law — never taken from a third-party catalogue.
