Refunds

Any package paid for can be refunded within fourteen days of payment, with no justification required. You are not asked why, and how much you have already used the service does not count against you.

This guarantee is a contractual commitment by the site. It comes on top of the rights the law grants you, and does not replace them.

An email to [ À COMPLÉTER ] is enough. Give the address used for the payment so the transaction can be found. No form, no reason, no conversation with a retention team first.

The refund goes back to the original payment method, card or TWINT. How long it then takes depends on your financial institution, which is outside the site's control.

Paid access ends when the refund is issued. The free plan stays open, and your saved progress is not deleted: it remains available if you take a package again later.

After that, the package is no longer refundable — but there is nothing to cancel either. The payment is one-off, it does not renew, and access simply ends when the term is up.
